Returns Policy Please read carefully: All Sales are Final unless otherwise noted below. Please be absolutely sure about your selections before placing your order. Opened or Used products cannot be returned for any reason. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase minus shipping & 20% Restocking Fee.   All products we carry have a 30 day warrantee unless otherwise stated. All returns must be within 14 days of the purchase date.* We do not accept returns on any used merchandise. All returns must be new in the original packaging with all the original accessories and manuals and in resaleable condition. Only unopened items in resaleable condition(all packaging perfectly intact) are eligible for a return or refund. Open or used items are not returnable under any circumstance, but may be covered under warrantee in the event any part is broken or non-functional. Any used or damaged merchandise returned to us will be held until the customer pays for shipping the item back to them or it will be disposed of after 30 days if the customer does not make other arrangements. All returns (subject to approval) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping is charged by our normal rates. If an item is received defective the customer is responsible only for the shipping charges involved to send it back to us.
