Payment Methods

We glady accept many forms of payments including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, Cash, Paypal (Express), Amazon Payments and Google Checkout. We do not accept American Express at this time but if you must pay with AMEX you may do so using Paypal, Amazon Payments or Google Checkout.

 
If you wish to send us a Money Order or Cash (No Personal Checks) you may order through our website and choose the Mail Order payment option during the checkout process. This will then give you a printable reciept to send along with your payment to us for processing. Please note all Money Order orders may be subject to a 7 day holding period while we wait for the funds to clear our bank.

Notice: We only accept Money Orders in US Dollar currency, any other form of currency will be rejected and sent back to you or deposited and credited to your account in the amount of the current exchange rate at the time of deposit.

 
Google Checkout Restrictions: Google Checkout orders are not eligible for Free Shipping or Gift Certificates due to Google Checkout restrictions.

 
If you are paying by credit card you will receive a statement from your credit card company billed from: Moor Enterprises, Extreme-Mods or Extreme-Mods.com

Credit Card Payments: If you are electing to pay via credit card through our checkout system, please be sure to include the proper billing address in the billing section of the payment form. Failure to do so will cause a hold to be put on the funds for 3-7 business days and will automatically be credited back to your card once the grace period has expired. You will also receive an error on our checkout page notifying you that the payment has been declined. You will then need to fix the required information before submitting your order for authorization and processing.
 
Declined Credit Card Payments: If you have had a payment declined by our shopping cart system please do not contact us asking for us to remove the hold on the funds, this is done by Authorize.Net's automated system and will take up to 3-7 business days to process. There is nothing we can do to expidite this process so be sure to have the correct information handy when placing the order and double check the information so it does not get declined by our Credit Card Processor.
 
Chargebacks: Please contact us first via E-Mail so that we may be able to resolve the issue before contacting your credit card company. We work hard to satisfy all of our customers so please give us a chance to make it right.
