Important: When contacting us please only submit your inquiry to ONE email address above and be sure to include your Order # (if applicable) in the Subject Line. DO NOT submit the same question to multiple email accounts or they may be considered spam by our Email Management Software.
Order Processing: Please note it normally takes 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship once the order is placed with us. If your order is not received by 12pm (Noon) then the following business day will count as the first day of processing. Please do not contact us about the order processing/fullfillment until 3 full business days have passed.
Technical Support: Please visit our discussion forum before contacting us for technical support. Please understand we are a Retailer/Reseller of the products we carry. If you are having an issue with a particular product please contact the manufacturer of the product you are having trouble with before contacting us. Most of the manufacturers are located overseas so please allow 2 full business days for their reply. If you must contact us to obtain limited technical support, please provide as much information about the problem as possible so we will be able to troubleshoot the situation as quickly and effectively as possible.
Order Cancellations/Changes: Please contact us at Sales@Extreme-Mods.com to cancel or change an existing order as soon as possible. Please provide us with your Order # in the email correspondance to help us identify your order quickly. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to change or cancel the order, but you may be eligible to return the order for a refund per the Return Policy posted on our website.
