I picked up this switch last week and couldn't be happier. It's the perfect solution when an expensive KVM switch isn't the right fit. There was a slight (5-8%) degredation of video quality, but if you're playing your 360 through VGA you aren't concerned about that anyway... I was really impressed by the fact that the switch INCLUDES both a 3' VGA cable and a 3' 1/8" audio (headphone) cable, so you don't have to buy anything extra (although I suspect the included cord causes the blurring). Overall: great product, reasonable price.
