This is all around a most excellent adapter. The 360 controls map 1:1 to the PS3 equivalent, meaning triggers are triggers, shoulders are shoulders, sticks are sticks, and buttons are buttons. Everything works.
If I had to pick out one negative to knock off a star, the lack of rumble is the nit to pick, but that shouldn't stop you from enjoying this ground breaking addition to your PS3 arsenal. It does the job as well as one could expect.
