This case is absolutely amazing looking easy to install tools were a huge help that came with it lights for controller didnt work after wiring them up but no big i ended up just pulling them out all of my friends are jealous of my 360 now the thing blings like a new set of rims.

We've not had any defective controller cases in the 3 years we've been selling the wireless xbox 360 controllers, so we can probably help you troubleshoot the situation and get them working without much hassle.
