Shipping Types & Costs

Currently most orders usually ship within 24-72 hours of the order being placed (Except on weekends and government holidays). However some products may be harder to obtain or ship due to stock or factory issues / delays. We ship a majority of our packages via USPS and UPS as they're the most reliable and cost effective for shipments.

Notice about Shipping Charges: If you order an express shipping service such as Overnight or 2 Day Air, you are simply paying for a shipping method and not a guaranteed time of delivery. We ship all packages as soon as we can unless an item is on backorder. Once the backordered item(s) come in we will then ship your order per the method you paid for. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. If your order is on backorder you can contact us prior to us shipping it and cancel the order or downgrade the shipping service, only then will we refund the difference in cost. Otherwise your order will ship based on the method you chose during checkout.


Damaged & Defective Shipments

We will verify that all products are in good condition prior to shipment. However, if the item(s) do not work properly, we will replace them. Please read more about this in our Return Policy for complete information.
