Shipping Types & Costs

Currently most orders usually ship within 24-72 hours of the order being placed (Except on weekends and government holidays). However some products may be harder to obtain or ship due to stock or factory issues / delays. We ship a majority of our packages via USPS and UPS as they're the most reliable and cost effective for shipments.

USPS Express Mail (USA Only): This shipping method generally takes between 1-3 business days to arrive at its destination. It is a reasonably cost effective and quick method of shipping parcel in the United States. The closer you are to Illinois the less time your package will remain in transit. This method of shipping is trackable, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment

USPS Priority Mail (USA Only): This shipping method generally takes between 2-5 business days to arrive at its destination. It is a reasonably cost effective and quick method of shipping parcel in the United States. The closer you are to Illinois the less time your package will remain in transit. This method of shipping is trackable, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

USPS First Class (USA Only): This shipping method generally takes between 2-10 business days to arrive at its destination. It is a relatively cost effective method of shipping parcel in the United States. The closer you are to Illinois the less time your package will remain in transit. This method of shipping is trackable, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

USPS Priority Mail International (Outside the USA Only): This shipping method generally takes between 5-14 business days to arrive at its destination. It is the only shipping method we use to ship parcel outside the United States. The closer you are to Illinois, USA the less time your package will remain in transit. This method of shipping is not trackable. The number you are given when the order ships is a Customs Declaration number and only shows when it has cleared customs in your country. Please allow extra time for delivery once it has cleared customs. We are not responsible for any Taxes or Import Duties your country imposes on good imported from our company.

UPS Ground: The delivery time for this shipping method varies based upon the distance you are from our shipping center. Please refer to the map above for approximate UPS Ground transit times. This method of shipping is trackable, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes. (USPS Only, UPS does not ship to Po Box's)

We can ship to APO/FPO addresses. (USPS Only, UPS does not ship to APO/FPO address's)

Notice about Shipping Charges: If you order an express shipping service such as Overnight or 2 Day Air, you are simply paying for a shipping method and not a guaranteed time of delivery. We ship all packages as soon as we can unless an item is on backorder. Once the backordered item(s) come in we will then ship your order per the method you paid for. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. If your order is on backorder you can contact us prior to us shipping it and cancel the order or downgrade the shipping service, only then will we refund the difference in cost. Otherwise your order will ship based on the method you chose during checkout.

Seasonal Delays: Due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays in shipping orders at various times of the year. Please read the information below to be aware of such situations that may arise at different times of the year.

Winter Season: During the winter months there may be shipping delays due to snow storms or icy road conditions. Please understand we always try our best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, but under these circumstances we are not responsible for delays in shipping..

Spring-Fall Season(s): During spring-fall seasons there may also be delays due to washed out roads, extreme fog, flooding, severe thunderstorms, and tornadoes. We are located in northern Illinois and are subject to bad weather from time to time.
