Our Best Price Guarantee - Details (Please read carefully):

At Extreme-Mods we strive to have the most competitive pricing available to our customers at all times. We understand there are times we are not the lowest price on the internet. We will do our best to provide the best prices on the products we carry and will meet or beat any legitimate competitors price on the products we carry, but there are a few exceptions listed below:

1. We will only match the prices of "Official Retailers / Resellers". This means if the company with a lower price in question is not listed on the manufacturers website as being an official reseller we will not match their price. Too many times scammers and fly-by-night operations will put up a website or list items on ebay with prices below what we can purchase the items directly from the manufacturer, and duping people into sending their hard earned money to them unknowing they will not fulfill their order and simply rip them off or skip town. We cannot afford to compete with scammers or fly-by-night operations, we are obligated to fill our customers orders and have a great relationship with our suppliers because we work as hard as possible to make our customers happy, we cannot and will not attempt to compete with such places that are not well established.
2. We will only match prices of companies with a high standard of customer service. Because we maintain an extremely high level of customer satisfaction we will not try to match prices of companies who simply do not compete in this aspect. Many companies that are established have a horrible track record with customer service and these comments are posted all over the internet. ResellerRatings.com is a good place to check if a company has a high level of customer satisfaction. Most of our competition have a ResellerRating of 5.0 or lower on a scale of 0-10, this is unsatisfactory as we maintain a high rating of 9.0 or above at all times. If a company is listed on ResellerRatings with a score of below 8.0 we will not match their prices as they have much to be desired in the customer satisfaction category and the reason for their lower price is because most of their customers do not wish to shop with them again. We are completely the opposite, we retain our customers and they continue to shop with only us for many years after the initial transaction. This high level of customer satisfaction does not have a dollar value and we will not try to compete with companies who do not wish to satisfy their customers accordingly.
3. We will not match the price of shipping. Due to the fact we are located in a different area of the country than any other company our prices may be slightly higher or lower. We do not expect our competition to match our shipping rates and we will not match any one elses either. Our rates are based on the live rates given to us by the courrier companies based on your location in relation to our facility. These rates are non-negotiable.
4. Some companies charge an extremely high rate of shipping to make it look like they have better pricing on the products they offer. We won't name any names here, but they know who they are, and we will not match their prices on product(s) due to their inflated rates of shipping and handling and their deceptive business practices.
5. We will only match the prices of companies based and located in the USA. We are based in Sterling, Illinois USA and cannot hope to compete with companies located in other areas of the world for several reasons. We pay our employees based on the laws of the United States and cannot complete with companies who do not have similar laws protecting their employees. Also due to the varing value of our currency (USD) it is possible that at any time another countries currency could be worth more than ours, which effects the pricing of similar products based on exchange rates, this is out of our control and we will not match prices on something we cannot control.
6. Clearanced / Closeout items excluded.
7. No free gifts will be given on price matched orders. Unless other items on the order are not price matched.

If you feel you have found a lower price from a competitor that has met the requirements above and they are not exceedingly high on the cost of shipping, please E-Mail us at Sales@Extreme-Mods.com and we will meet or beat their price. We may initiate our own investigation as to why their price is lower, but if we find they have met the requirements we will give you a refund (or in-store credit) of the difference at the time of processing. This must be done prior to us processing and shipping the order. No exceptions.
